Un-used and un-opened product(s) purchased on our website may be exchanged within 14 days from date of purchase. All sales are final. No refunds.
Product purchased from a physical retail location may be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase; product purchased from a physical retail location is non-refundable. Any such exchanges must be pre-authorized by our customer service center and then physically processed at the retail location from which the product was originally purchased.
Requests for returns and refunds on faulty and/or defective product must be processed through our customer service center.
We offer a one year guarantee on our scrapers, stamps and image plates. Receipt with date of purchase is required for processing of all warranty related exchanges/replacements.
1) Contact our Customer Service department by emailing email@example.com with a description of your issue along with date and location of original purchase. All inquiries are responded to within 48 hours.
2) Upon approval of your return request or warranty exchange request, our Customer Service Team will provide with you with instructions for returning the product.
3) Please only return items that are in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
